How do shared shuttle work?

How long is the waiting time at the Airport for departure?

Waiting time is up to 30 minutes. This time begins once the first passenger meets our driver outside the airport.

Where is the pick-up location for shared shuttles to/from Liberia Airport?

We provide door-to-door service, with the exception of certain areas along the back road of Tamarindo, such as DreamSea and Casa Cocoon.

Are pets allowed on shared shuttles ? 

On shared shuttle basis due to other passengers allergies etc its not allowed, but on private services, please inquire in for rates.

What currency are your rates in?

Our rates are listed in US Dollars (USD). You can pay in either USD or Colones. Look in your confirmation email after booking for the current exchange rate.

What should I do if my flight is delayed, canceled, or I miss my connecting flight?

We monitor all arrival flights and will adjust your pick-up accordingly. If you miss a connecting flight or your flight is canceled, please notify us via email to prevent any no-show charges.

Why do I need to provide my credit card information for the shared shuttle to/from Liberia Airport ? Will my card be charged?

No, your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. You provide your credit card information to secure your reservation as a guarantee for both parties. The card will be only charged for no shows!

Why are private transfers and tours prepaid?

These services require prepayment because we need to set up your booking in advance. 13% IVA TAX applies to all rates.

Do your rates apply taxes ?

Do I need to cancel my reservation for the shared shuttle option to/from Liberia Airport?

Yes, you must cancel your reservation to avoid any cancellation charges for a no-show.

Do I need to cancel my paid or unpaid tour or private transfer request?

Yes, please inform us if you do not wish to proceed with your booking. This allows us to remove you from our calendar and prevents any further follow-ups.
