STRONG  WIND  AGREEMENT

●  On rare occasions, typically between December 15th – April 15th, strong winds make it impossible for the boat to reach Catalina Islands

●  In such cases, we will provide diving opportunities at Cabo Velas, which is a protected area offering comparable diving to the islands

●  Please understand that failure to reach Catalina Islands due to strong winds does not entitle clients to a refund or discount

●  Clients insistent on diving specifically at Catalina Islands may reschedule for an additional fee; subject to availability

CANCELLATION  POLICY  &  BAD  WEATHER

●  Payment is refundable if client needs to cancel minus a 20% processing fee

●  Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date are not eligible for any refund; no exceptions

●  Tours operate regardless of weather conditions, rain or shine, unless severe weather poses a safety concern; 100% refunds for severe weather cancellations
