We run daily shared shuttles to and from Liberia Airport to areas including Tamarindo, Conchal, Playa Grande, Flamingo and Hacienda Pinilla/JW Marriott. We group your booking with other passengers arriving or departing on the same flight, or with similar arrival and departure times, whenever possible. Depending on traffic, the transfer takes around 1.5 hours from Liberia Airport to Tamarindo.

This depends on what you book. For the shared shuttle option, if no one else joins you, you travel alone and pay the rate for 3 passengers. You can always check one day prior with Reservations: info@beachshuttles.com.
Shared shuttle option from Liberia Airport (minimum of 3 passengers): Tamarindo $25, Conchal, Playa Grande and Hacienda Pinilla $30, Flamingo and Potrero $35.
Waiting time is up to 30 minutes. This time begins once the first passenger meets our driver outside the airport.
We provide door-to-door service, with the exception of certain areas along the back road of Tamarindo, such as DreamSea and Casa Cocoon.
Pets are not allowed on shared shuttles due to other passengers' allergies, but they may be permitted on private services. Please inquire about rates.
Our rates are listed in US Dollars (USD). You can pay in either USD or Colones. Check your confirmation email after booking for the current exchange rate.
We monitor all arrival flights and will adjust your pick-up accordingly. If you miss a connecting flight or your flight is canceled, please notify us by email to prevent any no-show charges.
No, your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. You provide your card information to secure your reservation as a guarantee for both parties. The card is only charged for no shows!
These services require prepayment because we need to set up your booking in advance. A 15% IVA tax applies to all rates.

Yes, you must cancel your reservation to avoid any cancellation charges for a no-show.
Yes, please let us know if you do not wish to proceed with your booking. This allows us to remove you from our calendar and prevents any further follow-ups.
